   31 December 2004 :

-         Medical Service for 150 persons in Mata Le, Secata Soldier Camp. 

   1 January 2005 :

       -    Sending Logistic team  volunteers 

-     Sending 1 truck loaded of food materials, cooking & housewife tools drink water, men and women cloths,  generators (power for electric and pump boor)

Total expense is about Rs. 50.000.000 

Sending more paramedic team and doing medical and relief actions in four refugee camps coordinated by Dr. Martanto:

1.      University of Syah Kuala Mosque is located in Darussalam. There were 600 persons who lack of food and health service, which are treated by Dr. Novi and Dr. Andriani.

2.       Secata Soldier Complex, which is located in Mata Le, with thousands of refugees, needs more medical professionals, who are expert in surgical operation because of many cases requiring it. In this camp, many operations were handled using un-appropriate surgical tools by Dr. Lia, dryly and Dr. Lyun. 

3.      Leu Ue is located in the city area but has not touched by any food or health relief at that time. According one of the refugees, they live among the uncared corpses. This action is handled by Dr. Agung, Dr. Eka and a nurse.

4.      Lok Ngha is an isolated area, which relatively has not got many relieves either in logistic or medical services. Dr. Ikhsan and Dr Teguh handle this location. Besides the health relief, we also distribute food relief. While, Dr. Martanto and Dr. Affan stand by in the office to accommodate the requests and information requiring immediate actions.

2 January 2005 

Departure of a truck Jakarta to JL.Banda Aceh – Medan KM. 8.5 No. 2 Nangroe  Aceh Darussalam, loaded by: 

   - Food                         : 78 sacks

   - Rice                          : 1 sack

   - Mineral Water            : 75 cartoon bags

   - Milk                           : 75 sacks and 12 cartoon bags

   - Sanitary napkin          : 2 cartoon bags

   - Appropriate cloths      : 740 sacks

   - Medicine                   : 117 cartoon bags

   - Biscuit                      : 8 cartoon bags

 

Total value of the above goods is Rs. 150.000.000

3 January 2005 

    Departure of some kinds of food relief from Central Java in Aceh. The content consists of:

- Instant milk               : 46 dozens

- Rice                          : 26 sacks

- Raw chips                : 37 packages

- Bread                       : 103 dozens

- Sardine                    : 36 tins

- Sugar                                   : 8 sacks

- Tea                           : 125 packages

- Instant mie               : 85 dozens

Total value of the relief is about Rp. 30, 000, 000, 00

2. Sending a 120 PS Mitsubishi Truck for operational in relief distribution in Aceh.

3. Sending 1 truck containing medicine and food from  Medan to  Aceh office
